Clogged drain repaired in Toronto home

I invited Dmitry to help me unclog the drain in my bathroom. We couldn't take a shower at all, as stinky waters were standing in the bathtub.
Dmitry discovered that plumbing in my house was not done properly, and that's why his drain snake couldn't get through to the right place to unclog the drain.
He actually had to take apart a piece of sink drain pipe in order to do drain snaking, and then he successfully cleaned the drain and installed a new pipe instead of piece of pipe than he cut off.
This is the degree of creativity and knowledge and concern for a customer that I appreciated a lot. The alternatives were doom and gloom, certainly costlier in terms of time and effort.
It's nice to know that there is a plumber out there who will not try to take advantage of a generally unaware customer like me, and will act in my best interest.
